Xyence

Privacy Policy

Effective May 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Xyence (“Xyence,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit xyence.io (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us. We try to keep this short and plainspoken — if anything here is unclear, email us at info@xyence.io.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the Site and respond to you.

  • Information you submit. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address, and message content you provide. If you initiate a real estate or advisory engagement, we may collect additional information you choose to share (for example, property details, transaction context, or scheduling information).
  • Automatically collected technical data. Like most websites, our servers receive standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, referring URL, and timestamps — for the purposes of operating, securing, and debugging the Site.
  • Cookies. The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the Site to function.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries you send us and to provide the services you request.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of inquiries to send you unrelated marketing.

Service providers

We share information with a small number of vendors strictly to operate the Site. These currently include:

  • Email delivery. Submissions from the contact form are delivered to us via Amazon Web Services (Amazon Simple Email Service).
  • Hosting and infrastructure. The Site runs on cloud infrastructure that we operate; that infrastructure processes standard server logs as described above.
  • Web fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and basic request metadata as part of serving those fonts.

We require service providers to handle information consistent with this Policy and only for the purposes for which we engage them.

How long we keep information

We retain contact inquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain business records, and comply with our legal obligations. We retain technical server logs for a short operational window.

Your choices

  • Don’t submit what you don’t want us to have. You can browse the Site without sending us any personal information.
  • Access, correction, or deletion. You may request that we access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing info@xyence.io. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page; please check back periodically.
